The Sam Beare Hospice in Weybridge is a charity dedicated to providing specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers.
Patients, their families and carers are at the heart of what they do and everything they seek to achieve.
They are responsive to individual needs, and a commitment to supporting choice and independence is central to the care they offer.

We raised £1,415 for the charity.
